Nightmare Flight

I left Los Angeles a calm and rational man and arrived at Heathrow airport a complete wreck! The flight was 5hrs late leaving LA and then we were stuck at Heathrow for over an hour as the baggage hold wouldn't open but that wasn't the worst of it…
